April gave us a little bit of everything — a chance to slow down, reconnect, and spend time with both friends and clients.
The top photos are from a much-needed girls’ getaway to Gold Bar along the beautiful Skykomish River. Between riverside mornings, campfires, mountain air, and unplugging for a weekend, it was the perfect reset before heading into the busy summer market. Sometimes a weekend away in the PNW is exactly what the soul needs.
Closer to home, Jason helped host our first client Shred Day with Shred-it. It was such a great turnout, and honestly one of our favorite events because we get the opportunity to reconnect face-to-face with so many past clients, friends, and neighbors. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, brought documents, said hello, and supported the event — we truly appreciate this community.
And lastly, if you have not been yet, one of Milaina’s favorite local spots right now is Apex Art & Culture Center in downtown Everett. Just a quick walk from home, it has quickly become one of Everett’s coolest venues for live music, events, and nights out. Definitely worth checking out if you are looking for something fun and local this summer.

Aiden is currently studying International Business at Boise State University, with a minor in Chinese Studies. He is interning with the Milaina West Group, where he’s gaining hands-on experience in real estate marketing, client outreach, and business operations.

We’re excited to announce the first annual Milaina West Group Estate Sale happening in the Firdale neighborhood of Edmonds!
What started as a simple estate sale quickly turned into something much bigger — we invited neighbors throughout the community to join in and make it a neighborhood-wide event. Our goal was to create a fun way for neighbors to connect, support one another, meet new faces, and bring a little extra energy to the neighborhood.
Firdale is one of those hidden gem neighborhoods in Edmonds that truly feels like community, and we thought this would be the perfect opportunity to bring people together in a fun and casual way.
There will be estate sale treasures, coffee, donuts, and plenty of opportunities to explore the neighborhood and say hello. Whether you’re hunting for unique finds, stopping by to meet neighbors, or just curious to see what everyone’s up to, we’d love to have you swing by.
