It’s been a fast-paced and exciting month for our team, with plenty of moments worth celebrating.
In the upper left photos, the team gathered to celebrate our annual awards at Keller Williams Greater Seattle, a great opportunity to recognize everyone’s hard work and accomplishments over the past year.
Jeff had a particularly exciting moment in February when he placed the “Sold” sign on his West Seattle listing—congratulations to him and his seller on a successful closing! Jeff was also busy giving back to the community, organizing donations for the Edmonds Food Bank and helping support local families in need.
Education was another highlight this month. Alexis and Milaina hosted a homebuyer seminar at the Youngstown Cultural Arts Center in West Seattle, and it was a fantastic turnout. Events like these are a great way to help future homeowners feel more confident navigating the buying process.
We can’t forget our furry companions! Dro was caught fast asleep in his bed, Cleo was outside looking especially fashionable, and when Jason works from home, his boys Rudy and Duke are always nearby keeping him company.
Milaina also shared her expertise as a panelist at YPN Rookie to Rainmaker: Building a Real Estate Career That Lasts, held at the Bellevue Botanical Garden on March 11. She joined fellow industry professionals to share insights on building a lasting career in real estate.
