As Director of Sales Operations & Marketing for The Milaina West Group, he works behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly—aligning strategy, systems, and support so agents can focus on what matters most: relationships and results.

With a thoughtful, people-first approach, Jason partners closely with leadership and agents to guide sales planning, marketing strategy, and day-to-day operations. From campaign development and digital marketing to CRM optimization and data insights, he helps turn big ideas into smart, practical actions that strengthen the group’s presence and create a seamless experience for every client.

Jason also oversees the financial side of the business, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, and sustainable growth. His goal is simple: build strong foundations that allow the team to scale confidently while maintaining the high level of care and service clients expect.

Known for his steady leadership style and operational clarity, Jason has a knack for simplifying complex processes and creating systems that just work. His behind-the-scenes structure allows agents to stay present and proactive, while clients enjoy a smooth, well-organized buying or selling journey.

Before real estate, Jason held senior leadership roles with major financial institutions including Bank of the West (now BMO), Alliant Credit Union, JPMorgan Chase, and Bank of America, where he developed deep expertise in analytics, risk management, and strategic planning—skills he now uses to support smart growth and strong performance across the business.

Originally from California (San Diego and San Francisco), Jason now calls Seattle’s Ballard neighborhood home, where he lives with his two rescue pups, Rudy and Duke. Outside of work, you’ll find him near the water, practicing yoga, or planning his next adventure abroad.
